Established by Unlimited Construction founders Peter Robson and Randy Finlay in 2009, Seina Properties, LLC is a local Development Partnership and Real Estate Brokerage focused on the development, acquisition and management of commercial, housing, and industrial properties in the State of Hawaii. Seina shares in Unlimited’s core values of SAFETY, QUALITY, TIMELINESS, PRODUCTIVITY AND RELATIONSHIPS. WHENEVER POSSIBLE, WE SHALL IMPLEMENT LEED AND SUSTAINABILITY PRACTICES INTO OUR PROJECTS.

Projects under continued development include:

Kukui’ula Club CottagesEstimated Project Value $40 Million.  This neighborhood comprised of 15 Luxury Residential Homes within A&B’s Kauai Private Golf Community.  Each of these homes will be LEED™ Certified and has been designed to sell with a turnkey furniture offering.

Hale Mahina ResidenceEstimated Project Value $1,7 Million.  This 2,500 SF Luxury Home is situated within the Poipu Beach Estates Subdivision.  From concept to construction, this modern plantation style home has been completely designed, funded and built by Seina’s team.  We look forward to finishing the project construction and offering it to the market in February 2014.

Hale Maiki’iEstimated Project Value $3.5 Million.  This 4,000 SF Estate Villa will be the first of its kind in the Kukui’ula Makai Subdivision.  Designed as a vacation ready home it hopes to be a favorite amongst Kauai’s luxury travel market.  It will feature 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, plunge pool, hot tub and offer indoor/outdoor living.
