St. Regis Princeville Resort

The $36 million remodel of public spaces of the former Princeville Hotel to transform it into the ultra high-end St. Regis Princeville Resort included demolishing and rebuilding the lobby, the addition of an 11,000 square foot spa, remodeling the bar and the extensive lanais that overlook Hanalei Bay, renovating the swimming pool, adding a whirlpool and keiki pool and remodeling surrounding buildings and landscape. We completed this project in less than 10 months.
